Lexington Dental Care - Lexington, MA Join Our Team Lexington Dental Care is a small, privately owned, family dental practice committed to helping patients achieve lifelong oral health through personalized, prevention-focused care. We believe great dentistry starts with building lasting relationships and treating every patient like family. We're looking for a Dental Assistant who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team that values attention to detail and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Chairside assisting for restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges Surgical assisting approximately every other Friday for implants, extractions, and bone grafting procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Take dental radiographs Educate patients on preventive care and post-operative instructions Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient Support the team to keep the office running efficiently What We're Looking For Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant registration in good standing Current Massachusetts Dental Radiography Certification (or eligibility to obtain) Current CPR/BLS certification Dental assisting experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Eagerness to learn and expand your clinical skills in restorative and surgical dentistry Initiative, reliability, and excellent attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for building meaningful relationships with patients A commitment to providing personalized, prevention-focused care Why Lexington Dental Care? Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & every other Friday Sept-June 9:00 AM-3:00
PM Compensation :
Paid time off, 401(k), Paid continuing education, uniform allowance, Annual $2000 in-office credit for dental treatment
Responsibilities :
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage infection control. Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of restorative and cosmetic procedures. Take high-quality dental X-rays. Document patient medical histories and assist with charting during exams
