Turners Falls Location Employment Status:

Full-time 36 hours+/week (Mondays to Thursdays and Fridays TBD) or Part time 20 hours+/week.

Pay:

$24.00

Vacation:

vacation hour accrual are based on hours worked each week not including sick and other paid time off. The accrual starts on day one and it is eligible for use after 90 days on the job.

Sick Pay:

up to 40 sick hours per calendar year per MA State law

• eligible after 90 days.
• Holiday day pay
• if holiday falls on the day that you normally work.

The Holidays are:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

Uniform:

will provide jackets & name tag.

• CE•as needed.

Prior approval is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exact daily duties will be provided by doctor & office manager on duty during new hire training.
• Focus on patient comfort and provide the ultimate patient experience that you can every time.
• Work with others on the team to achieve the daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Help doctor on duty with patient communication and treatment planning.
• Clean and maintain your work space and equipment on a regular basis.
• Responsible for sending, tracking, and receiving all lab cases.
• Willing to be a team player and to constantly seek opportunities to improve yourself and those around you.
• Be willing to seek solutions and help our patients navigate their dental needs.
• Be mindful and handle dangerous instruments & equipment with great care.
• Follow state law and regulation on handling and disposing of hazardous materials.

Work Schedule:

Below is your tentative work schedule. Please understand if we need to switch things around.

Daily schedule:

7:30

• everyone arrives to work 7:45
• morning huddle 8:00
• first patient 1:00
• 2:00pm
• Lunch (depending on the schedule) 5:00
• 5:30pm
• start wrapping up the day. Will discuss end of day duties. Weekly Schedule Monday s @ Turners Falls
• 7:30 to close Tuesdays @ Turners Falls
• 7:30 to close Wednesdays @ Turners Falls
• 7:30 to close Thursdays @ Turners Falls
• 7:30 to close Friday TBD I will also need a copy of the following items from you for payroll account set up.
• MA Dental Assistant License
• CPR Certificate

OSHA/HIPPA

Certificate

• Social Security Card
• MA Driver's License
• Copy of a voided check from your bank for direct deposit
