Job Description
Dental Front Desk / Administrative Assistant PDA Dental Group, a well-established multi-specialty dental practice, is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our administrative team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, communicates confidently and professionally, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and committed to providing an excellent experience for our patients and families.

$40,000-$50,000 per year, based on experienceSchedule:
Full-time; specific schedule to be determined based on practice needs and candidate availability. Responsibilities Include, butAre Not Limited To:
Greet and assist patients and families in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and manage patient appointments Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email Coordinate daily schedules and help maintain efficient patient flow Present treatment plans and discuss scheduling and financial information with patients Collect patient payments and accurately process and post payments Assist with insurance and patient account questions Maintain accurate patient and account information Work closely with clinical, administrative, and billing team members Complete general front-office and administrative responsibilities Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications — Not Required Previous dental, medical, or other healthcare office experience Experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role Experience with appointment scheduling and managing a busy schedule Familiarity with dental or medical practice management software Benefits Benefits for eligible full-time employees include: Health insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Dental benefits Paid time off/vacation Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Profit sharing Voluntary life and disability insurance We are looking for someone who will bring a positive, professional attitude to our team and contribute to the high level of care and service we provide to our patients.
