Gentle Family Dentistry is growing and looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented Sterilization Technician / Hygiene Assistant to join our amazing team! The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, people-focused, reliable, and maintains a positive attitude. Our office thrives on teamwork, efficiency, and serving our community. This is not a passive role. The right candidate enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, works well under pressure, and is committed to helping the entire team succeed. Requirements Maryland Dental Radiation Technology Certification (required) Minimum 1 year of dental experience (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred (Not Required) Experience with CEREC and/or iTero scanning Experience assisting hygienists We are willing to train the right candidate.
