Founding Team Dental Assistant (Part-Time → Full-Time) Smilezeum Pediatric Dental Studio | Largo, MD Smilezeum is a new pediatric dental practice seeking a Dental Assistant to join our founding team. We're building more than a dental office—we're creating a place where children feel safe, families feel cared for, and team members are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally. We're looking for someone who is kind, dependable, motivated, and excited to build a long-term career in pediatric dentistry. Responsibilities Assist during pediatric dental procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Take digital radiographs Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control Educate and encourage patients and parents Help create an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Maryland Dental Assistant certification EFDA certification preferred, or willingness to become an EFDA with our support Pediatric dental experience is a plus Spanish-speaking is a plus What Makes Smilezeum Different?
