Our private dental practice is looking for a Business Assistant to join our front office team!

What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule efficiently
• Verify insurance eligibility and accurately present treatment plans
• Collect and post payments, manage patient accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Support the dental team to ensure a smooth and productive workflow

What We're Looking For:

• Previous dental office experience is Required.
• Familiarity with dental software Dentrix is a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
