Our private dental practice is looking for a Business Assistant to join our front office team!What We Offer:

What You'll Do:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule efficiently
- Verify insurance eligibility and accurately present treatment plans
- Collect and post payments, manage patient accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Support the dental team to ensure a smooth and productive workflow
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dental office experience is Required.
- Familiarity with dental software Dentrix is a plus
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
