We're adding a third assistant to support an associate dentist joining later this year. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Chairside assisting with Dr. Groth on restorative procedures — crown prep and delivery, implant restorations, Invisalign, composite restorations, and aesthetic cases Operating our digital scanning workflow using Trios and iTero intraoral scanners — no traditional impressions Working with our in-office 3D printer (SprintRay) as part of our same-day and in-house fabrication workflow Anticipating the doctor's needs before they're asked — instrument setup, patient prep, tray sequencing, room turnover done right Supporting our whole-health approach to care: sleep, perio, and systemic health connections are part of how we practice and how we talk to patients Building genuine, lasting relationships with patients — you'll see the same faces regularly, and they'll notice whether you care

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Minimum 5 years of hands-on chairside experience — restorative focus strongly preferred RDA credential preferred; current Michigan X-ray certification required A track record of tenure — we want to see commitment to practices, not a pattern of short stays Comfort with or genuine curiosity about digital workflows and in-office technology Someone who leads with confidence, brings real enthusiasm to the work, puts the team and patient first, and is always looking to grow — these are how we operate, not just words on a wall

Monday 8am-3pm

• Tuesday 7am-2pm
• Wednesday 8am-3pm
• Thursday 7am-2pm

COMPENSATION

$26 - $30 / hr based on experience and credentials
