Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, customer service focused dental assistant with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and have excellent customer service, computer, and organizational skills. We aim to provide the highest level of customer service in our modern facilities and work diligently at making each patient's dental visit a positive experience. We have a superb reputation and need a few stars to join the team! Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment. Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of anatomy to effectively communicate with patients and staff. Operate and maintain dental equipment, including 3D scanners and X-ray machines, while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Document patient information accurately in EMR systems and assist with medical records management. Provide exceptional customer service and support in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with strong chairside assisting skills. Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy. Proficiency in using EMR systems, including Open Dental Familiarity with aseptic techniques and general dentistry practices. Excellent customer service and patient interaction skills. Ability to perform X-rays and understand medical imaging procedures. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
