Administrative Assistant to the OM - Dental Office Part-Time Position with Opportunity to Transition to
Full-Time Location:
Lansing, MI We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our OM in the day-to-day management of our growing dental practices. This position will begin as part-time with the potential to become full-time as the practices continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the OM. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and calendar management. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and office documentation. Coordinate meetings, staff communications, and office projects. Maintain accurate records and organize confidential information. Support office operations and workflow improvement initiatives. Help manage inventory, supplies, and vendor communications. Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of administrative assistant experience required. 1 year experience in a dental office in an administrative roll. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
