Our office offers a welcoming atmosphere, a convenient location, and a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to both patients and providers. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in ensuring efficient clinical operations, supporting a wide range of dental procedures, and fostering a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and Implant surgeries. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with appropriate instruments, materials, and sterilized equipment in accordance with established infection control protocols Take and process dental radiographs, including digital X-rays and 3D imaging, ensuring accuracy and patient safety Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft Monitor and record vital signs, and assist in diagnostic and treatment planning processes Support front office operations as needed, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and coordination with administrative staff Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulatory and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting Proficiency in chairside assisting across multiple dental specialties Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control standards Experience with dental software systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft (Epic or similar platforms a plus) Competency in dental radiography, including certification as required Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care We are proud to offer a supportive and professional workplace where your skills and contributions are valued.
