Job Description
Are you a compassionate Dental Assistant who is a team player? We want you to join our team! Qualifications
- Experience as a DA
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Skilled in assisting with a variety of procedures including but not limited to: implant dentistry, wisdom tooth extraction, crown & pontine dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and more
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Sterilize dental instruments
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Instruct patients on proper dental hygiene practices
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments
