Monday 9-6pm Wednesday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-1pm We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Assistant that can help out as a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic by providing exceptional Patient care and administrative support. Pay varies on experience! Looking for team members with multiple years experience! $16+ Little to no experience applicants please understand dentistry is a learning curve. Pay is based on experience. Thank you. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures. Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software Able to take Digital x-rays and panoramic x-ray Able to scan for digital impressions Able to make temporary crowns. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Assist in managing the flow of patients within the clinic to optimize efficiency. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence as needed. Able to verify insurance Efficiently clean rooms and chairs. Communicate effectively with dental staff to coordinate patient care and address any issues that arise during appointments. Requirements Previous dental assistant/reception experience is preferred. Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity verifying insurance and collecting copay. Experience dental practice management systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care are crucial for success in this role.
