$5,000 signing bonus Great hours — Monday through Thursday, with short Fridays starting in August Great pay for the right candidate Friendly, team-focused work environment Fast-paced days that go by quickly Room to grow within the company Opportunities to work with sedation, cosmetic, and advanced dental procedures Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Assisting the doctor during dental procedures, including sedation cases Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms Taking X-rays and scans as needed Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for Maintaining proper sterilization and infection control protocols Supporting the clinical team throughout the day Communicating clearly with doctors, team members, and patients Helping keep the schedule running smoothly in a busy clinical environment Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Active Licensed Dental Assistant credentials Sedation assisting experience or sedation certification/licensing as required A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Desire to grow with a successful dental team Schedule Monday-Thursday Fridays starting in
August:
8:00 AM-2:00 PM Compensation Great pay based on experience and qualifications. $5,000 signing bonus available for qualified candidates.
