A Day in the

Leading morning huddles that energize the team and set up the day for success Keeping the clinical flow moving smoothly Coaching and mentoring team members so they grow in their roles Holding the team accountable
  • while keeping the culture positive Partnering with doctors and management to keep things efficient and patient-focused Taking on administrative responsibilities such as petty cash reports, inventory management, and supply oversight We're Looking for
Someone Who Has:
2+ years oral surgery experience (non-negotiable
  • you know the ropes!
) Active Minnesota Dental Assisting License (required) 2+ years leadership experience (you've supervised, coached, and inspired a team before) Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week Strong problem-solving + communication skills The ability to motivate while keeping people accountable A love for creating a supportive, professional, patient-first environment Why Join Us?
