Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist with procedures and patient care Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take impressions, digital scans, and radiographs Educate patients and parents on orthodontic care and oral hygiene Maintain accurate patient records and charting Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
An Associate's Degree or a certification from a college or technical school training program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation is required Must possess a current state license as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and materials Proficiency in taking dental impressions and X-rays Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care Basic computer skills and knowledge of dental software About Company Philosophy We provide the highest standard of personalized patient care while having fun, creating an inviting atmosphere, and building a lifetime of confidence and healthy dental habits.
