We're looking for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our clinical team — perio experience is not required, we'll train the right person. What you'll do: Assist with periodontal exams, surgical procedures, and implant placements Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Take radiographs and photos Provide chairside support and help patients feel calm and cared for Support post-op instructions and follow-up communication What we're looking for: Dental Assistant certification/licensure (or willingness to obtain, per MN requirements) Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Comfortable in a fast-paced surgical environment Perio/surgical experience a plus, not required
