Job Description

Building on a rich history of excellence in the periodontal field, at Maple Grove Periodontics you will work with a happy and supportive team. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, detail-driven DA with patient care as a top priority. We offer a friendly caring work atmosphere, as well as, Competitive Pay & Benefits! Responsibilities Chairside assisting for periodontal surgery, dental implants, IV sedation and other specialty procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans Take traditional and digital impressions Educate patients on pre-operative/ post-operative instructions and oral hygiene Manage clinical supplies and assist with inventory Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience Work closely with the doctor and team to maintain an efficient schedule
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and patient care skills Friendly, positive demeanor Team player Nitrous certificate Xrays certificate CPR Certification Qualifications Minnesota Dental Assistant License (required) Current CPR certification Experience in periodontal, oral surgery, or implant dentistry is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment IV sedation certification (Preferred) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) with employer contributions Profit sharing A respectful, supportive, and professional work environment No evenings or weekends
