Job Description
Full Time Dental/Orthodontic Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing the tools necessary for each appointment and assist the orthodontist during the examination and treatment Removing and replacing orthodontic wires, springs, and elastic bands, and performing adjustments and repairs Taking x-rays, photographs and dental scans Disinfecting equipment, instruments, and treatment areas to maintain a sterile environment Teaching patients how to handle and care for their retainers, aligners, and other orthodontics devices Monitoring and restocking dental supplies Providing excellent customer service skills Dental Assistant Licensure is required
