Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with safety regulations Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
Must be flexible and willing to travel between up to 4 practice locations to support team and patient needs Previous experience/knowledge in a dental or medical setting is preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused demeanor Active dental assistant certification preferred, not required Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined Join our team and be part of a practice dedicated to excellence in pediatric dental care.
