CLINICAL ASSISTANT
to join our team for 5 days a week in our Chesterfield and Saint Charles offices. Our team travels together to both locations weekly. We take pride in delivering the highest quality orthodontic treatment and customer service in a fun, friendly, and relaxed environment. Great patients and families! Orthodontic experience is preferred but we will train the right person. Great opportunity for the right individual.- Compensation is competitive, based on experience with base salary and bonus.

- Must be comfortable with computers; knowledge of practice management orthodontic software desired Duties for
CLINICAL ASSISTANT
include but not limited to:- Willingness to learn: every orthodontics office is different, so any applicant with experience will need to be open and excited to learn
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment and treatment rooms (follow proper OSHA guidelines)
- Record taking including x-ray taking, digital iTero scanning, and digital photography
- Procedure set-up, bonding preparation and execution (IDB experience a plus), bonding aligner attachments, placing arch wires, self-ligation and ligature tie brackets, talking to patients and parents, and much more
- Occasionally help out front desk as needed with scheduling & scanning
- Regular marketing activities in and outside of the office
- Willing to step into any role to help the team
