Dental Assistant - Crossroads Family Dentistry Crossroads Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We take pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming environment and are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and dental impressions (if certified) Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records Ensure operatories are clean, stocked, and organized Help create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications:
Dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Excellent communication and people skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment X-ray certification preferred (if required by state)
