Job Description Are you a seasoned Dental Assistant looking to lead in a high-tech, patient-centered practice? Apex Dental Group is seeking an exceptional Lead Dental Assistant (DAII or CDA) with a minimum of 6 years of clinical experience. We are a fee-for-service, high-tech practice dedicated to comprehensive treatment planning and the highest standard of patient care. We are looking for a professional who is ready to step into a leadership role, mentor clinical staff, and act as the right-hand to the doctor.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
Oversee clinical workflow, manage inventory, and ensure OSHA/infection control compliance.
Advanced Chairside Support:
Provide expert support during complex procedures, including implant placement, endodontics, and periodontics.
Patient Advocacy:
Build strong, trusting relationships by identifying patient needs, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring a 5-star clinical experience.
Technology Integration:
Utilize advanced dental technology, including CEREC and digital imaging, to achieve predictable, excellent clinical outcomes.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our front office to ensure seamless scheduling, financial coordination, and referral management.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Dental Assistant II (DAII) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).
Credentials:
Current NC X-Ray Certification required. Proficiency in coronal polishing and nitrous oxide monitoring preferred.
Skillset:

Competitive Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00/hr based on experience.
Retention Bonus:
$3,000 total ($1,000 at 6 months; $2,000 at 18 months).
