Job Description
Are you a dental assistant looking to join a warm, friendly dental office providing excellent patient care? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DAII to join our growing dental practice. Current opening is for a full-time dental assistant working approximately thirty-six (36) hours per week (Monday through Thursday) but also open to part-time depending on your schedule. Dental assisting experience is required. This position will be responsible for assisting the doctor, sterilization and helping out where needed. We are an established general dental practice with customer service at the heart of all that we do. The right candidate for this position will be able to work collaboratively with the dental team, be friendly and compassionate with patients, and take great pride in their work. Responsibilities Assist dentists during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow through effective chairside support. Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques. Utilize Eaglesoft for patient records and appointment scheduling while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans and post-operative care. Perform X-rays and assist in the management of dental emergencies as needed.
