Full-time Compensation:
Based on experience and ability $22/hour would be the base compensation for a standard clinical dental assistant role. Candidates with more extensive experience and advanced clinical skills will be considered for higher compensation. Join our privately owned general dental practice in Lewisville, NC, as a DA II and become part of a close-knit, patient-centered clinical team. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate dental assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional care.
What We're Looking For:
REQUIRED
Current Radiology and Coronal Polishing certifications Minimum of 3 years of clinical dental assisting experience preferred Familiarity with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend software Confidence in presenting treatment plans and educating patients Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain operatory rooms and sterilize instruments Assist in updating and managing patient records Ensure patient comfort and readiness for procedures Capture diagnostic images, X-rays, intraoral photos, and digital scans (Dandy/iTero) Support routine and complex restorative procedures Provide chairside assistance to dentists and clinical team members
