We're looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant (DAII) who is dependable, patient-focused, and ready to take on a leadership role within a supportive clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated assistant who enjoys helping patients, supporting office operations, and contributing to an efficient, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assisting chairside during dental procedures Lead and support clinical team workflow throughout the day Take and process digital x-rays Maintain accurate patient charting and clinical records Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring proper room turnover Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Monitor and help manage dental supplies and inventory Assist with training and supporting team members as needed Help ensure smooth daily office operations and patient flow Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Assist in inventory management and ordering dental supplies Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant Valid CPR/BLS Certification Qualified to expose x-rays in NC Coronal Polishing certification preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$23-$28 per hour, based on experience
