This is a temporary position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position at the end of the year for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, enjoys working with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Assist doctors with a variety of dental procedures Provide efficient four-handed dentistry Dental X-rays Perform instrument sterilization and operatory turnover Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Provide excellent patient care and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit Follow all OSHA, infection control, and office protocols Work closely with doctors and the rest of the dental team to ensure an efficient patient experience What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience required Comfortable and proficient with taking dental X-rays Knowledge of proper sterilization and infection-control procedures Strong understanding of four-handed dentistry Upbeat and positive attitude Team player who works well with doctors and coworkers Self-starter who can stay productive and take initiative Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and patient-care skills Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations Why Join Williamsburg Dental?
