Job Description

Job Overview Imagine Orthodontics is looking for a dedicated, high spirited orthodontic assistant to join our team. We believe in creating a warm welcoming environment. Ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and is a team player. Our team values hard work, team work and positivity. Previous experience as an orthodontic assistant is ideal however willing train the right dental assistant.   • Assist orthodontists during patient examinations and treatments
  • Prepare treatment rooms for procedures and maintain cleanliness
  • Take dental X-rays as instructed by the orthodontist
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
  • Manage patient records using electronic systems like Epic
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Requirements
  • Prior experience in a dental clinic, specializing in orthodontics, is preferred but willing to train the right person
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with patients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
