If you're early in your career (or brand new and eager to learn), we'll give you the training, mentorship, and support to become a confident, skilled Dental Assistant. What we can't teach is heart. If you're reliable, kind, and genuinely excited to help people, you're exactly who we're looking for. What you'll do (with plenty of support): Assist the dentist chairside and learn four-handed dentistry from a great team Prep rooms, sterilize instruments, and help keep our day running smoothly Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for Learn digital X-rays, charting, and clinical systems as you grow Grow into new skills and responsibilities at your own pace What we're looking for: A warm, positive attitude and strong work ethic (this matters most!) Reliability and a genuine desire to learn Dental assisting certificate or some experience is a plus
