If you're early in your career (or brand new and eager to learn), we'll give you the training, mentorship, and support to become a confident, skilled Dental Assistant. What we can't teach is heart. What you'll do (with plenty of support): Assist the dentist chairside and learn four-handed dentistry from a great team Prep rooms, sterilize instruments, and help keep our day running smoothly Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for Learn digital X-rays, charting, and clinical systems as you grow Grow into new skills and responsibilities at your own pace What we're looking for: A warm, positive attitude and strong work ethic (this matters most!) Reliability and a genuine desire to learn Dental assisting certificate or some experience is a plus
  • but not required! Willingness to earn your X-ray certification (we'll help you get there) Comfortable being on your feet and part of a fast-moving, friendly team What we offer: Paid, hands-on training
