Must be willing to travel to all three locations - Cherry Hill, Hammonton & Vineland The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients. Duties Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using software. Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation review is completed in a timely manner. Handle incoming calls, directing them to appropriate employees as necessary. Utilize typing skills for data entry and processing of patient information efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred, but willing to train someone who wants to learn. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation review. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be good with computers and have a willingness to learn.
