Schedule We are focused on finding the right Dental Assistant to complete our team. This position can be full-time or part-time , depending on your availability and personal goals. What You'll Do as a Dental Assistant Assist dentists and specialists during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for each patient Take dental X-rays and intraoral images as permitted by state regulations Assist with restorative, surgical, periodontal, pediatric, and general dental procedures Maintain excellent infection control and sterilization protocols Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment Help ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked Provide patients with a warm, welcoming, and comfortable experience Support the dentist during procedures by anticipating clinical needs Communicate effectively with dentists, hygienists, front desk staff, and other Dental Assistants Help maintain an efficient schedule and exceptional patient flow Follow all applicable OSHA, infection-control, and State Dental Board requirements What You'll Bring Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A caring, positive, and professional attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Experience with dental software is a plus Commitment to providing exceptional patient care A willingness to learn and grow as a Dental Assistant Why Join Our Team?
