Registered Dental Assistant - High-Tech Cosmetic & Implant Practice Join Our Team! We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and Certified/Registered Dental Assistant to join our modern, high-tech dental practice. We are a patient-focused office providing exceptional care in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and advanced restorative procedures, and we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, close-knit team. Our office utilizes advanced technology, including CEREC same-day dentistry, digital dentistry, and modern clinical systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a dental assistant who wants to grow professionally while working alongside a team that is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. What You'll Do
  • Assist the dentist during cosmetic, restorative, implant, and general dental procedures
  • Provide excellent chairside support and help ensure efficient patient flow
  • Assist with CEREC and digital dentistry procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
  • Take and develop digital dental X-rays and intraoral images as permitted by certification
  • Assist with implant placement and restoration procedures
  • Provide patients with a warm, reassuring, and professional experience
  • Maintain excellent infection control and sterilization standards
  • Support laboratory communication, case preparation, and clinical organization
  • Educate and communicate with patients regarding treatment and post-operative instructions
  • Work closely with the entire team to maintain a positive and efficient office environment What We're Looking For
  • Registered Dental Assistant
  • Previous dental assisting experience
  • Strong clinical and chairside skills
  • Experience or interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry
  • Comfortable learning and working with advanced dental technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • A positive attitude and genuine commitment to patient care
