We believe in rewarding our entire staff for the effort they put into caring for our patients and helping our patients grow. That's why we offer a high compensation plus other incentives. Hours and Benefits:
MTWF, 1 Saturday per month (during the school year) Small privately owned practice (not corporation) Base compensation: $32-35/hr PTO, Retirement pay match Uniform allowance Opportunities for advancement Duties Assist orthodontists during various procedures including bracket placement, adjustments, and appliance fittings Takes X-rays and intraoroal scans Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring aseptic techniques are followed Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques Manage patient records using EMR systems such as Dentrix, or Epic while ensuring HIPAA compliance Educate patients on orthodontic care, appliance maintenance, and oral hygiene practices Maintain infection control protocols and ensure all clinical areas are sterile and organized Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive care Requirements RDA Orthodontic Dental Assistant experience is strongly preferred! Certification in radiography or X-ray certification isREQUIRED!
