Job Description
Dental Lab Assistant - Production (No Experience Needed, Paid Training) We're a growing dental lab looking for dependable, hands-on people to join our production team. This is an entry-level role — no dental or lab experience required. If you're detail-oriented, good with your hands, and reliable, we'll train you on everything you need to know. What you'll do: Clean up and finish crowns and restorations after milling Load and run restorations through the sintering machine Apply glaze and complete final finishing on crowns Follow our step-by-step workflows to keep production moving accurately and on time Keep your work area clean, organized, and up to quality standards What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail and steady hands Reliable, punctual, and able to focus in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and follow established processes No experience necessary — we provide full paid on-site training
