We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant to support our dentists in delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for patient care. We offer flexible scheduling, excellent work/life balance, and open to candidates that can work anywhere from one to five days per week.Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentist(s) during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments. Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms. Take and process dental X-rays and impressions. Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions and care. Ensure patient comfort and build rapport to create a positive dental experience. Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as needed. Handle sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Manage inventory and restock supplies in treatment rooms. Support front-office operations when needed, including scheduling and patient check-ins.Qualifications:
CPR/BLS certification. Knowledge of dental software and digital radiography systems is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on patient care.Benefits:
