Job Description

A modern, patient-focused, fast-growing dental practice in Randolph is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Front Desk Coordinator/ Manager to join our team. We are a warm, welcoming, and inclusive office that prioritizes exceptional patient care and values every member of our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a practice that is expanding rapidly and committed to investing in its employees. This position will begin at approximately 25 hours per week , with the opportunity to increase to 30+ hours per week in the near future . This position has the potential to grow into a larger leadership role as the practice continues to expand. Responsibilities Manage daily front office operations Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements Coordinate treatment plans and patient follow-up Support practice growth initiatives Help maintain a positive, organized, and efficient office environment Qualifications Minimum 2• years of dental office experience• as an Dental Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, or Front Desk Receptionist Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Experience with Open Dental preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Generous performance-based bonus program Opportunity for increased hours as the practice continues to grow 1 week paid vacation after 90 days of employment Six paid national holidays annually after 90 days of employment Paid sick time accrual in accordance with New Jersey regulations Continuing education and professional development opportunities Ongoing training and support Positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding practice One of the unique benefits of joining our team is access to exceptional dental care.
