Job Description

Love Your Smile Dental Center is a private practice dental office in Burlington County. We have wonderful patients and an amazing Team! We also have some very cute doggies who come to the office! We have a state of the art facility including the use of a CBCT, intraoral camera, digital photography, intraoral scanner, multiple TV's in each op and a custom Alexa communication systems. Our employees are key to our success as we strive to provide the best patient experience in the industry. As a Dental Assistant , you are the heart and soul of the office. You are the person patients see first and you make them feel safe and at ease. You are responsible for assisting the dentist throughout each patient's dental treatment. This includes but is not limited to: Assisting the dentist during all stages of a single procedure Patient communication is key! Using the full scope of your RDA license. Taking and recording patient's medical histories and vital signs ( BP check ) Understanding oral health problems, potential treatments, and treatments offered Able to perform simple lab procedures, take x-rays, charting, etc Maintaining a clean and safe practice site in accordance with all health and safety regulations Able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
At least one year of hands-on assisting experience. Outstanding communication skills. Ability to maintain detailed records. Must be able to follow instructions and learn new techniques. Hold yourself accountable to high quality patient care Salary commensurate with experience!
