The ideal candidate will be experienced with assisting in RCT, same day crowns, implants , bilingual, and require minimal training along with great customer service. Dental receptionist experience is a plus but not a requirement. Your main job includes but is not limited to: Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room Document patient dental history, updates, as well as overall health and medication history Chairside Assisting with dentist & Hygiene assisting Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs Answering phones, scheduling & confirming appointments with patients Insurance verification Processing patient information Collecting payment Treatment plan reviewing with patients Our staff will ensure a smooth transition to help our new team member acclimate with our team, protocols and procedures.
