Experience:
Ideally, 1+ year of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred (but we are completely willing to train the right star who brings a phenomenal work ethic and a desire to learn a new profession!).
Communication:
Top-notch communication skills with a friendly, upbeat, and patient-focused personality.
Mindset:

Safety & Compliance:

Learn Pediatric Chairside Assisting:
Train to provide high-quality chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during specialized clinical procedures.
Patient Experience:
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for, using kid-friendly language to ease dental anxieties.
Clinic Operations:
Learn to prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining absolute safety and compliance standards.
