Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Record patient vital signs and medical histories accurately. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Epic. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations within the dental clinic. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology, medical coding, and vital signs monitoring is essential. Proficiency in using dental clinic management systems is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
