A member of the AAPD, ADA, and CSPD, Dr. Grace is passionate about helping kids build healthy lifelong habits. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, surfing, and traveling! What You'll Do Every Day (Responsibilities)Pediatric Chairside Assisting:
Learn to provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during clinical and preventive procedures.Patient Comfort & Anxiety Relief:
Greet children and parents with high energy, using kid-friendly techniques to ease anxieties, put children at ease, and make visits fun.Clinic Operations & Sterilization:
Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms while strictly following CDC, OSHA, and ADA infection control protocols.Team Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with clinical and front office teams to maintain a smooth, cheerful daily patient flow. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)Experience:
No prior dental assisting experience required! Customer service experience, retail background, or 1 year of dental assisting experience are all welcome—we will provide full clinical training!Communication Skills:
