What You'll Do:

As an orthodontic assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our patients while supporting our doctors and clinical team. You'll be trained on the job to: Work independently on patients adjusting wires/brackets or providing aligners. Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take patient photos, X-rays, and dental scans (don't worry—we'll teach you!) Track treatment progress and enter clinical notes Communicate with patients and parents in a positive, professional manner Work side-by-side with a team that values communication, accountability, and collaboration
