Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation for treatments. Oversee the sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment. Train and mentor junior dental assistants, fostering a collaborative environment. Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the patient experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental assisting role. Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Current CPR and First Aid certifications. Positive attitude and a passion for providing quality patient care.
