We are looking for a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding care. We value positive attitudes, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much as experience. What You'll Do As a Dental Assistant, you'll work alongside our doctors and clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience by: Assisting the Pediatric Dentist during clinical procedures Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family Working collaboratively with the front office and clinical teams to keep the schedule running efficiently What We're Looking For Dental Assisting experience Pediatric office experience preferred Dental Assistant certification preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished appearance Outstanding customer service skills Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Coachable with a desire to continue learning and growing Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Schedule This is a full-time position.
Office hours are generally:
Monday-Friday:
Approximately 8:00 AM-6:00 PM or 8:00 AM-7:00 PM Team members work staggered schedules One-hour lunch break Why Bright Healthy Smiles?
