A Dental Assistant assists dentists in caring for patient's teeth. Helps patients get ready for treatment; prepares equipment and supplies. May perform some dental procedures under the direction of a dentist, such as fluoride application, if allowed under state regulations. Works in dental offices.

What We Offer $24•28/hour based on experience and certification Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM — no weekends, ever Structured, paid training — you'll be earning while you learn the specialty 4 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays Full medical, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account and flexible spending account options 401(k) with company match Life and disability insurance A clear path toward advanced clinical and leadership roles What You'll Do Learn to assist the Prosthodontist chairside during implant and restorative procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments, following infection control protocols Take digital X-rays and process radiographic imaging Support lab case coordination and clinical inventory Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene What We're Looking For Current Dental Assistant certification meeting New York state requirements 1+ year of dental assisting experience No implant or prosthodontic experience needed — genuine willingness to learn is what counts Strong manual dexterity and comfort learning new clinical technology A calm, positive presence in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and patient care skills Why ClearChoice?
