Job Description

Dental Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator (Cross-Trained) Join Our Growing Dental Team! We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who enjoys both clinical care and front office responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with patients of all ages and thrives in a practice where teamwork and flexibility are essential. If you're someone who enjoys variety throughout your day and takes pride in providing an outstanding patient experience—from greeting patients at the front desk to assisting chairside—we'd love to meet you. Clinical Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and perform iTero/intraoral scanning Assist with restorative, cosmetic, and Invisalign procedures Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns Place Invisalign attachments (preferred) Educate patients on treatment and home care Provide excellent care for both pediatric and adult patients Front Office Responsibilities Greet patients with a warm and professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and update patient records Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Collect payments and assist with maintaining an efficient schedule Help create an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out Qualifications Comfortable treating children and adults Experience with iTero or other intraoral scanners Ability to fabricate temporary crowns is highly preferred Experience placing Invisalign attachments is highly preferred Front desk experience in a dental office is strongly preferred Experience with dental practice management software preferred
