Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing the patient and the necessary instruments and materials
  • Take and develop dental x-rays
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
  • Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Skills:
  • Proficiency in using dental practice management systems
  • Knowledge of dental anatomy
  • Ability to accurately document medical information and coding
  • Experience in dental assisting techniques and procedures
  • Understanding of medical imaging techniques and equipment, such as X-ray machines
  • Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or other dental software for patient management As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dentist in providing quality dental care to patients.
