Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during dental procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays). Provide patients with oral care instructions following surgery or other dental treatments. Record patient medical histories and maintain accurate patient records. Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Valid x-ray certification. High school diploma or equivalent. CPR certification (preferred). At least 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Experience taking impressions and pouring models. Experience assisting during a variety of procedures such as CR/SR fillings, crown/bridge prep. Ability to set up and break down operatories. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
