We're seeking an experienced and driven Dental Assistant to join our high-performing surgical team. This is an opportunity to use your skills at a high level, assisting in complex procedures, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting an elite patient experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
Assist periodontists during surgical and non-surgical procedures. Greet and guide patients with professionalism and compassion. Capture X-rays and CT scans; assist with digital charting and clinical documentation. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace. Support the clinical team in creating a smooth, organized, and timely workflow.What We're Looking For:
2+ years of dental assisting experience required. Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a major plus. Radiology certification preferred. Experience with Dentrix is ideal, but not required. Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills. A calm, confident presence, especially in surgical settings. Tech-comfortable and eager to learn (Microsoft Office, digital imaging, CBCT, etc.) What You Can Expect fromUs:
