We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience through compassionate care, patient education, and strong teamwork. The ideal candidate is energized by a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, and is dedicated to making every patient feel informed, comfortable, supported, and confident throughout every step of their orthodontic journey. What You'll Do Assist the orthodontist chairside during patient appointments and orthodontic procedures Prepare patients for treatment and help create a comfortable, positive experience at every visit Place and remove orthodontic appliances, including brackets, wires, bands, ties, and retainers, as permitted by state regulations Take digital X-rays, photographs, and scans Sterilize instruments and maintain treatment rooms according to infection control and safety standards Review treatment instructions and educate patients on appliance care, oral hygiene, and what to expect throughout treatment Update patient charts and maintain accurate clinical records Support scheduling and patient flow to help the office run smoothly and efficiently Work closely with the orthodontist and team to create an organized, upbeat, and patient-focused environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Bonus Opportunities Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends A welcoming, family-oriented culture where team members are respected and supported Hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within the practice Modern orthodontic technology and equipment A team that genuinely enjoys working together and supporting one another A practice that values work-life balance and understands that family comes first Qualifications Orthodontic assisting experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, terminology, and instruments Ohio dental radiography license Familiarity with Open dental software preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A caring, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for helping patients Comprehensive Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, paid holidays, and generosity time Continuing education and professional development opportunities Career growth and advancement within the practice Why Join Us?
